Each strip of land is a reservoir of fruits that express its intrinsic virtues. Ours is a land parched by the sun where limestone blocks emerge as menacing as bones. The trees twisted and twisted like dancers cling with their roots, establishing an indissoluble bond with the earth itself that not even the most salty sirocco can break. In this vertical land, compressed by the looming sea and the crushing Apennine chain, marvelous and powerful fruits grow that reveal in their entirety the integrity of the land to which they belong.

Since I was a child I saw this wonderful mushroom that I did not collect because it is not eaten as it is woody, but I observed it and I liked to think it belonged to the world of the elves. Only with time and the studies carried out have I learned that its beauty is the extrinsic manifestation of its important medicinal qualities.

We have recovered and cleaned large areas of uncultivated land on which we decided to found our company. These interventions have restored the old pasture and the terraced olive grove which for many years was covered by weeds and aggressive species. Numerous Reishi specimens were born on the stumps of the cut trees that we collected and used as a remedy on us with beneficial effects, even profound ones that helped us to overcome difficult times.

Subsequently we have deepened the scientific study of its multiple properties and from the strength of our awareness comes the choice to undertake our activity aimed at enhancing such an important fruit of nature. For cultivation we use the different varieties that arise spontaneously on our land, selected by scrupulous laboratory analysis and the growth substrate has been suitably studied to obtain a high quality product.

We are simply small bearers of a great knowledge that already 4,000 years ago called Ling zhi the mushroom of immortality.
